Upon stepping inside, you'll immediately feel the comforting atmosphere. The interior of Della Dinda Trattoria has a rustic elegance, featuring wood paneling, soft lighting, and an open kitchen where you can watch chefs prepare your meal. It’s the type of place where you feel at home while enjoying a great meal.

The menu is a celebration of Italian cuisine, offering a variety of classic dishes with a modern twist. The house-made pasta is one of the standout features. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty plate of tagliatelle with bolognese or a lighter pesto pasta, the flavors never disappoint. The sauces are rich, flavorful, and full of depth, giving each dish an authentic taste that transports you straight to Italy.

One of the most popular dishes is the wood-fired pizza, a must-try for anyone visiting. It’s made with fresh, quality ingredients, including a perfect blend of cheeses and a crisp crust that creates a delightful balance of flavors. The pizza margherita is simple but stunning, with its perfectly melted mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil that enhances the natural flavors.

The starters are equally impressive. A fan favorite is the bruschetta, topped with ripe tomatoes, garlic, and a dash of balsamic vinegar. It’s light and refreshing, making it an excellent choice before diving into the more filling pasta or pizza options. There’s also a selection of salads that combine fresh greens with tangy dressings, offering a great contrast to the richer, heavier main courses.

Della Dinda Trattoria is also known for its exceptional desserts, which add a sweet ending to any meal. The tiramisu is made in the traditional style, with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder. It's light yet decadent, and its flavor is the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. The cannoli is another dessert that’s always in demand, with its crispy shell and creamy ricotta filling.

Aside from the food, the service at Della Dinda Trattoria is top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your dining experience is smooth and enjoyable. Best gnocchi around! The Della Dinda Salad is so huge that it can feed a family of four easily! The toast with garlic is amazing! The food quality justify the price! Super friendly for kids.

Perfeito! Amamos!

Fui no almoço.
